Fulvia ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fulvia seller operations platform accessible at fulvia.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for Fulvia, we collect your name, email address, business name, GST number, and billing information.

Marketplace Data

When you connect a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, Flipkart), we access and store the data necessary to provide our service, including:

  • Order details (order IDs, items, quantities, prices, buyer addresses)
  • Inventory levels and product listings
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Seller account identifiers

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Fulvia platform
  • Sync your marketplace orders and inventory in real time
  • Generate GST-compliant invoices and reports
  • Process billing and send account-related emails
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve and develop new features
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate Fulvia (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). They are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Marketplace APIs: Data is sent to Amazon, Etsy, or other connected marketplaces only as required to fulfil the actions you initiate.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
  • Marketplace credentials (OAuth tokens, API keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only
  • We perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST records under Indian tax law).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

7. Amazon SP-API Data Usage

Fulvia uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). Data obtained through the Amazon SP-API is used solely to provide the features of Fulvia that you explicitly enable. We do not use Amazon seller or buyer data for advertising, analytics outside the platform, or any purpose not directly requested by you. We comply fully with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, GST Portal). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

10. Children's Privacy

Fulvia is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
