Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Fulvia.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fulvia platform ("Service") operated by Fulvia ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fulvia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business, and agree to comply with all applicable Indian and international laws.

2. Description of Service

Fulvia is a seller operations platform that provides inventory management, order sync, analytics, GST compliance tools, and marketplace integrations for e-commerce sellers, primarily on Amazon India and other platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Fulvia. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Fulvia offers free and paid plans. For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing is monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (₹)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or related systems
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with the Service's integrity
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

6. Marketplace Integrations

When you connect a marketplace to Fulvia, you authorise us to access and process data from that marketplace on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with the marketplace's own terms of service
  • The accuracy of your product listings, inventory, and tax details
  • All transactions and communications with buyers

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fulvia platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
  • Any data sync with third-party marketplaces will be instantaneous or perfectly accurate
  • The Service will meet all your specific business requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fulvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time from Settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
